Requirements: Required Education: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or a related field. - Equivalent experience may be considered. Preferred: - Master's Degree (MBA, MPA, or related field) - Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) - Project Management Professional (PMP) Required Experience: - Minimum 5 years of management experience. - Minimum 3 years leading multiple departments or programs. - Experience managing budgets. - Experience supervising employees and volunteers. - Experience developing organizational systems and policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Organizational Leadership: - Assist the Executive Director in executing the organization's strategic plan. - Lead daily organizational operations across all departments. - Develop operational goals and measurable performance objectives. - Ensure organizational policies and procedures are implemented consistently. - Participate in executive planning and decision-making. Operations Management: - Design, implement, and improve operational systems. - Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Monitor organizational efficiency and identify improvement opportunities. - Coordinate interdepartmental communication and workflow. - Ensure projects are completed on schedule. Staff Leadership: - Supervise department managers and team leaders. - Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor employees and volunteers. - Conduct performance evaluations. - Foster professional development. - Address employee concerns and conflict resolution. Program Oversight: - Ensure all organizational programs meet quality standards. - Monitor program outcomes and organizational impact. - Support new program development. - Coordinate program schedules and staffing. - Ensure compliance with grant and funding requirements. Financial Management: - Assist with annual budget preparation. - Monitor departmental spending. - Approve operational purchases within budget. - Track operational expenses. - Identify opportunities for cost savings. Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. - Maintain organizational licenses and certifications. - Develop emergency preparedness procedures. - Oversee workplace safety initiatives. - Ensure confidentiality of organizational information. Volunteer Management: - Develop volunteer systems and policies. - Coordinate volunteer orientation and training. - Maintain volunteer records. - Ensure volunteers receive appropriate supervision. - Promote volunteer engagement and retention. Community Relations: - Represent the organization professionally. - Build relationships with community partners. - Support fundraising events and outreach initiatives. - Collaborate with sponsors and donors. - Participate in networking opportunities. Reporting: - Prepare operational reports for executive leadership. - Track organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Present operational updates during leadership meetings. - Maintain accurate organizational documentation. Work Environment: - Office setting with occasional travel to program sites. - Hybrid schedule may be available based on organizational needs. - Occasional evening and weekend work for events or emergencies.
